Kristen provides excellent massages in a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going to her longer than I can remember…sometimes for specific ailments; other times just to keep muscles tuned-up. She was very helpful in addressing lingering muscle pain / scar tissue after hip replacement surgery.
I did a full hour of fascial stretch therapy with Kristin. By far the most relaxing and effective assisted stretch I have experienced. Kristin is super genuine, personable, and easy to feel comfortable with. She's also very good at what she does. Five stars!!
Kristen is amazing!! My parents have both been going to her for years and so when I complained about back pain during a visit home they immediately suggested I set up an appointment, and they were definitely right! I was able to get in quickly and everything was amazing during and after the massage! Kristen’s space is also beautiful and very relaxing! My whole family highly recommends Kristen!
